Every December, the Carmel community comes together to celebrate the season while supporting our student-athletes. The Carmel Cross Country Parents Club Inc hosts its annual Holiday Gathering & Charity Drive—an event that brings families, alumni, and supporters together to share festive cheer and make a meaningful impact. Participants enjoy a warm community celebration and contribute gifts for children and local families in need. Join us as we turn team spirit into generosity.

Our Mission
Carmel Cross Country Parents Club Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting the Carmel cross country program, strengthening our community, and giving back through meaningful events and partnerships. What began as a small group of committed families has grown into a valued tradition of encouragement, service, and support for student-athletes and local families throughout the year.

By pairing our events with charitable efforts, we bring families together, uplift our student-athletes, and make a positive impact beyond the racecourse. Through initiatives like our annual holiday giving drive and collaborations with local community organizations, we help ensure that families in need receive support when it matters most.

Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Cost: Free to attend—just bring an unwrapped gift 🎁
What to Wear: Festive sweaters, holiday colors, team gear, or any cheerful seasonal outfit
Where It Goes: All donated gifts will support local families in need through our community holiday giving program
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
💖 Sponsor Us – Partner with us to showcase your business and support the community.
